Mike Holland holds an MBA from Wharton with a major in Entrepreneurial Management. He earned a BS in Engineering Management at the University of Vermont while also competing in two Olympics, breaking the world record for Nordic ski jumping and receiving the Tau Beta Pi (Engineering Honor Society) National Laureate Award. Mike founded RescuePad.com, a U.S. Medical company and Lending.com, which originated loans to commercial real estate investors across the country. Mike sold Lending.com to the Blackstone Group LP, the world’s largest private equity firm. Mike is an owner of NewEnglandPrecision.com, a precision metal stamping company specializing in brass and copper metal stampings for Building Fire Protection & Hardware, Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, and Electrical Sensors & Controls industries. Mike is co-owner and Managing Partner of 4,000-acre GraystonesPreserve.com, a high-end, low-density real estate development project 90 minutes from Philadelphia and two hours from Manhattan. Mike is part owner of Nanocrystal Composites Inc, the world's first manufacturer able to mass produce Graphene (stiffest and strongest material known) at low cost for construction, energy storage, aerospace and defense.
Walter Altholz has broad experience in the hospitality industry. As Senior Vice President for ClubCorp and Managing Director of the Sports Club Company he has many relationships in the real estate and finance industries. He has also been a partner in several entrepreneurial ventures. He has a BA from Dartmouth College and a JD from American University. Mr. Altholz is a member of the State Bar of Texas. In 1996, Jim co-founded Backcountry.com with a stack of avalanche beacons, and a garage in Park City, Utah. While the company’s roots were humble, the company’s vision is still clear: to provide the best outdoor gear—and to be the best at doing it. Backcountry.com now employs over 1,000 people with automated warehouses and locations in Salt Lake City Utah, Christiansburg Virginia, Portland Oregon, Germany and Costa Rica.
While attending the University of Vermont Jim was a member of the U.S. Nordic Ski jumping Team, was six times National Champion, competed in two Olympics, finishing 12th in Albertville, France and reaching the podium on the World Cup, a rarity for Americans in this European-dominated sport.
Mr. Driscoll is the Founder and Managing Principal of Driscoll Holdings. He was previously a Managing Principal at Striker Partners, responsible for the sourcing, structuring, closing, oversight and exit of numerous successful Private Equity investments. Prior to joining Striker, Mr. Driscoll ran Mellon Ventures’ Philadelphia office. Mr. Driscoll has been a guest lecturer for the Finance Department at the Wharton School, and is the former Treasurer and Board Member of the Philadelphia Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). In addition to serving on two non-profit Boards, Mr. Driscoll is a current or former Director of Breckenridge Brewery, Business Express Airlines, Clipper Ten, LLC, Fairmount Automation, Inc., InterLine Brands, Inc., LaserGrade, LP, Orchids Paper Products, (NYSE "TIS"), RealWinWin, Inc., Recirculation Technologies, Inc, Four Stripes ETF (Nasdaq "TTTN") where he serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Touchstone Wireless LP. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Mr. Driscoll earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont, with Honors, and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Arsheen has a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from NC State University, and an MBA from Fuqua’s School of Business at Duke University. She founded CNanoz, a company focused on developing water purification systems based on nanotechnology. CNanoz supplied carbon nano filters to schools, restaurants, hotels and water plants. At CNanoz, Arsheen developed an interest in 'wonder material' graphene, and its application in water treatment and energy storage, which led to the launch of GOLeafe. Arsheen holds a patent on a proprietary graphene production method, and is responsible for the development of GOLeafe’s technologies - innovative graphene-based products, as well as strategic vision and execution.
Arsheen was named to the Forbes 30 under 30 class of 2019. She shares her unique experience, through speaking engagements and workshops, in anything business, leadership, STEM, startup, women & minority related. In her free time she enjoys staying active, volunteering, reading and spending time with family.
Bruce Williams has over 30 years of experience in technical and creative new product development. He is the Founder and Principal of Tamarack Notch LLC – a Design/Development entity focused on innovative product development in the areas of Transportation and Consumer Products. Bruce previously spent 25 years at Ford Motor Company as a Senior Exterior Designer, where he worked on the exterior designs of many Ford vehicles – most notably the F-Series line of trucks. He is also credited with the designs of the first generation F150 Raptor, and the Mode:Flex Ebike concept. He has been granted over 65 utility and design patents to date. Bruce holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Vermont, and a BFA in Transportation Design from The College for Creative Studies.
Mr. Miller is a business and legal consultant and was general counsel and chief compliance officer for Imperial Capital, a full-service investment bank and broker-dealer serving institutional investors, was managing director and co-founder of Arca Capital Partners, a commercial litigation financing fund in the areas of antitrust, intellectual property, toxic tort, product liability, securities law, insurance and breach of contract litigation, as well as chief operating officer, chief financial officer and co‑founder of Meridian Treatment Center, a residential treatment center for adolescents and young adults. Previously, Mr. Miller was a corporate financing attorney at Paul Hastings specializing in public and private equity, emerging growth and investment partnerships, venture capital, and portfolio funds. He has represented clients in a wide variety of corporate finance transactions including public offerings, strategic mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, high yield debt offerings, private placements, going private transactions, takeover defenses, securities regulation, securities law investigations and other matters. Mr. Miller earned his B.S. in business management and finance economics from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from the University of Virginia.
As Operating Partner, David Irwin leads initiatives in technology-enabled services. He is a Managing Director of Process Arc and a Senior Advisor to ATA RiskStation, Bursari, and Velocity Health Informatics, for which he is also Executive Chairman. David brings deep experience in starting, acquiring, and running businesses in tech-enabled services. In sixteen years with Fiserv (which was formed through over 150 acquisitions) he played key roles in sourcing and integrating numerous acquisitions, co-led the startup of the Company’s offshore operations (now over 4,000 employees), and led the $60-million Business Technology Services product line. David also served as President of the Raddon Financial Group following its acquisition by Fiserv, leading it to substantial improvements in revenue and EBITDA over two years. Early in his career, David had experiences as a PE-backed co-founder and as a BCG consultant. He serves on the Boards of Four Stripes ETF (Nasdaq TTTN) and Enterprise Credit Union (a Federally regulated financial institution). He earned an AB in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Wharton School.
